Refund policy
The Customer, to withdraw from the purchase must communicate this will no later than 14 working days after receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by email to info@francopandsons.com and must specify the products purchased, the relative order number and the will to withdraw from the purchase. Customer Service will respond by email giving authorization to return the goods and providing shipping label.
The product must be returned along with all the equipment received, labels, boxes and packaging, in case we do not receive all the components, no refund will be made until the return is complete.

The return is at our expense. Once we receive the products subject to withdrawal we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products within 15 days.
The refund will be made exclusively by bank transfer.
Take care WARNING: They will not be accepted for replacement:
- Jewelry without tags and/or intact original packaging
- Jewelry that has been worn
- Jewelry damaged due to improper or inappropriate handling by the customer
- Parcels returned COD or freight collect
